Fernando Schwalb López Aldana

Fernando Schwalb López Aldana (Lima, 26 August 1916 – Lima, 22 July 2002) was twice Prime Minister of Peru (1963–1965, 1983–1984) under President Fernando Belaúnde Terry. He served as the first Vice President of Peru from July 1980 to July 1985.[1]. Between 1980 and 1982, he was also ambassador to the United States.
