Farzaneh Sharafbafi (Persian: فرزانه شرفبافی, born in 1973) is an Iranian businesswoman and academic who currently serves as the Chairwoman and CEO of Iran Air.[1]

She has taught at Amirkabir University of Technology and Shahid Sattari Aeronautical University.[2] Before becoming the CEO of Iran Air, Sharafbafi was on the board of the airline serving as the director of the company’s research department.[3]
