Fahim Fazli (born May 30, 1966) is an Afghan-born American film actor.
Biography
Fazli was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. He escaped Afghanistan and settled in the United States. He appeared in a great number of Asian ethnic roles in American films.
He returned to Afghanistan as an interpreter with the U.S. Marines from 2009-2010.[1] After returning, he wrote a memoir, Fahim Speaks that was released in early 2012.[2] The book received the first place for a biography from the Military Writers Society of America. He currently lives in Orange County, California and continues work in television and movies.
