FC Belkas

FC Belkas is a team that plays in Egyptian second division.[1] FC Belkas was founded in Belkas in the year 1975 and it belongs to the city Belkas in the north of Egypt on the Mediterranean Sea. The city is also spelled Belqas and in Arabic بلقاس. It belongs to the governorate Aldakahliya,in Arabic الدقهلية. FC Belkas was in Egyptian Premier League 4 times, 1976–1979 and also 1998–1999. FC Belkas was often in the third Egyptian division because of limited facilities and money.[2] The current owner improved its facilities and increased spending on personnel. They have a decision to play in Premier League next season.
