Dr. Ezhilan Naganathan is a Tamil social activist and General Physician based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.[1][2] He is known for taking up issues that are in interest of oppressed public, information regarding which are usually deliberately suppressed or not attended to by the State and mainstream media. He has participated in many TV interviews and debates advancing the cause of affected victims of state policies. Some of the causes he has taken up include the Sri Lankan Tamil Independence movement, Kudankulam nuclear power plant protests and so on. He is noted for founding the I'laignar Iyakkam (Youth Organization).
