Eucalyptus horistes is a mallee type Eucalyptus that is native to Western Australia.[1]
The shrubby mallee typically grows to a height of 12 metres (39 ft) and has fibrous, fissured grey bark on the lower trunk that becomes smooth above. The plant blooms between November and January and produces conflorescences with white-cream flowers.[2]
It is found on sand plains, sand dunes and road verges from areas in the Mid West, extending through the Wheatbelt and into the Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia where it grows in sandy-loam soils around laterite.[2]
