Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 April 2017 by a merger between South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, and primarily provides mental health, learning disability, social care and community services.[1]

Twenty deaths since 2000 at the Linden Centre in Chelmsford are the subject of a police inquiry.[2]
