Esporte Clube Passo Fundo, commonly known as Passo Fundo, is a Brazilian football club from Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul state.

The club was founded on January 10, 1986.[2] They won the Campeonato Gaúcho Second Division in 1986.
