Erynnis lucilius, the columbine duskywing, is a butterfly of the family Hesperiidae. It is found in North America from southern Quebec to Manitoba and south to the northeastern United States.[1]
The wingspan is 21–29 mm. There are two generations in the east from early May to mid-June.[1]
The larvae feed on Aquilegia canadensis.[2] They also sometimes feed on sometimes Aquilegia vulgaris.[3]
The species is listed as endangered in the Connecticut by state authorities.[4]
