Ernie Farrow
Ernie Farrow (November 13, 1928 in Huntington, West Virginia – July 14, 1969) was a jazz multi-instrumentalist who played piano, double bass, and drums. He was best known as a bassist. He was the half-brother of Alice Coltrane and is said to have introduced her to jazz.[1]
Farrow started on piano before adding bass and drums. He worked with Stan Getz, Yusef Lateef, and Red Garland.
