Enrico Moretti is an Italian-born American economist and the Michael Peevey and Donald Vial Professor of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Professor of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Economic Perspectives.[2] He is known for his 2012 book The New Geography of Jobs, which was described by Forbes as "easily the most important read of 2012."[3][4]
