Endoscopic nasopharyngectomy is a form of endoscopic surgery to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma[1]. This type of cancer is commonly treated with radiation therapy and chemotherapy, but endoscopic operation offers an alternative treatment especially when the radiation therapy fails.
