Emmanuel Otteh

Emmanuel Otteh (1927 – July 27, 2012) was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Issele-Uku, Nigeria.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1960, Otteh became bishop in 1990 and retired in 2003.[1]
