Emily Louise Hamilton (born 14 January 1985) is an Australian politician. She has been a Labor member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since the 2017 state election, representing Joondalup.

Hamilton studied law and politics at Notre Dame University, and subsequently worked for state Labor MPs.[1]
