Ellyard Nunatak

Ellyard Nunatak (70°19′S 64°54′E / 70.317°S 64.900°E / -70.317; 64.900Coordinates: 70°19′S 64°54′E / 70.317°S 64.900°E / -70.317; 64.900) is a nunatak on the north side of Scylla Glacier, about 7 nautical miles (13 km) south-southeast of Mount Bechervaise, in the Prince Charles Mountains of Antarctica. It was plotted from Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions air photos of 1965, and named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for D.G. Ellyard, a physicist at Mawson Station in 1966.[1]
