Elizabeth Haffenden (18 April 1906 – 29 May 1976) was a British costume designer who won two Academy Awards; the first was for the film Ben-Hur in the category Best Costume design-Color during the 1959 Academy Awards.[1] Her second was for the film A Man for All Seasons during the 1966 Oscars, also for Best Costume design-Color.[2] She also won the BAFTA Award.

Haffenden designed the costumes for most of the Gainsborough Melodramas of the 1940s.
