The Miss Florida competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Florida in the Miss America pageant. Florida has twice won the Miss America crown.
Taylor Tyson of Jupiter was crowned Miss Florida 2018 on June 30, 2018 at Youkey Theater in Lakeland, Florida. She will compete for the title of Miss America 2019 on September 9, 2018 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
