Eline Powell (born Eline Pauwels,[1] 12 April 1990)[2] is a Belgian actress.[3][4]

Early years and education

Powell is the daughter of Rudi Pauwels and has a brother.[1] When she was in secondary school she participated in theatre classes.

She graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2011 with a BA degree in acting, with special skills in ballet, Hip Hop, Flamenco, singing, violin and speaks Dutch and French, as well as English with American, South American, Estuary, and Irish accents.[5]

Career

She started her career making a short film For Elsie playing Mila, then appeared in small roles in films such as Quartet, Novitiate and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, the latter two both released in 2017.[6][7] In 2014, she won the lead role in the Italian drama film Anita B. as Anita directed by Roberto Faenza. Then in 2016 she appeared in Game of Thrones as Bianca.[8]

Powell was cast to star in the Freeform series Siren playing Ryn, a mermaid in search of her sister.[9]
