Elias William Rector (June 11, 1849 – January 29, 1917) was an American politician. He was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, serving from 1886 to 1900. He was a member of the Democratic Party.[1][2][3] He was an elector for Grover Cleveland in the presidential election of 1892, and was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Arkansas in 1889 and 1902.[4] He was the son of former Arkansas governor Henry Massey Rector.
