Eldhose Kunnappilly is a politician from the state of Kerala in India. He is a member of Indian National Congress party.[1] He was elected to the Kerala state legislative assembly in 2016 from the Constituency of Perumbavoor.

On 15 December 2016, Kunnappilly was attacked by stray dogs outside the home of national Minister of Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi in Delhi while attempting to attend an INC rally against the Bharatiya Janata Party's economic policies.[2] He suffered injuries on his legs after the dogs bit him during the attack. he was also district panjayath president of ernakulam since 2010-2015
