The Impenetrable National Park (Spanish: Parque Nacional El Impenetrable) is a national park of Argentina, located on the shores of Bermejo River. It is part of the northwest of the Chaco province and part of the southwest of Formosa province.[1] A former large private ranch, as of January 2017, the national park wasn't yet established due to legal conflicts with the former landlords, whose land was expropriated by the state. The Impenetrable National Park has 128,903 hectares.

Large mammals such as yaguaretés (the South American jaguar), maned wolves, giant armadillos, tapirs, giant anteaters, and three species of peccaries populate the park. Bird species include the crowned eagle, jabiru, blue-fronted amazon, black-bodied woodpecker, Chaco chachalaca, skimmer, and rufous-fronted thornbird.[2]

Flora include quebrachos, groups of locust trees, riparian forests, palm forests, cardón cacti forests and grasslands.[2]
