El Cajon Transit Center is a San Diego Trolley station in El Cajon, California. This station is served by the Orange Line and the Green Line. The next station west is Amaya Drive and the next station east is Arnele Avenue. The stop is a major commuter center for the large suburb, allowing individuals to switch buses or rail lines, use park and ride services, or board regional Greyhound Buses.

Prior to September 2, 2012, all Orange Line trolleys used to continue through this station to Gillespie Field (Santee Town Center before July 2005 when service was switched over to Green Line) until a system redesign shortened the line's eastern terminus to this station.[3] Then after the new Courthouse Station was built the eastern terminus moved to the Arnele Avenue Station which is one stop to the east to relieve congestion and confusion at the El Cajon Transit Station.
