Eevee is a 4-piece band from Davao City, Philippines. They emerged as champions of the Nescafe 3 in 1 Soundskool in 2009.[1][2] Part of the prize of the contest was a record deal with Sony Music.[3] They since relocated to Manila after winning. According to a live session in Newsroom 5 Hits Paolo Segurra and Enzo Villegas stated that the band is more or less named after the Pokémon Eevee, after deciding that calling themselves "Enzo Villegas' Band" was too 'selfish' on Enzo's part.[4]

In June 2010, they released their debut album Paramdam with "Gusto Ko Lang Ng Girlfriend" as the first single. The song peaked at #12 on the OPM MYX Countdown. Its music video, directed by Gino Jose, featured the then MYX VJ Janine Ramirez. The album was produced by ex-Eraserheads bassist and now The Dawn bassist Buddy Zabala, and Sancho Sanchez.
