Eduardo Valencia Ospina

Eduardo Valencia Ospina (b. 1940) is a Colombian lawyer, politician, and member of the International Law Commission.[1] Valencia Ospina was a member of the International Court of Justice, also known as the ICJ. In November 2016 Valencia Ospina was elected a third time as a member of the International Law Commission.[2] Eduardo Valencia is also the Lawyer of Colombia in the maritime border dispute case with Nicaragua.
