Edward James Byrom (born 17 June 1997) is a Zimbabwean cricketer.[1] He made his first-class debut for Somerset in the 2017 County Championship on 26 June 2017.[2][3]
He has an Irish passport and in October 2017 he signed as overseas professional for the Zimbabwean domestic team the Rising Stars, allowing him to play first-class cricket in the 2017–18 Logan Cup.[4] In his first match for the Rising Stars, he batted 7 hours in 36°c heat at Kwe Kwe and made 152 in the second innings against Matabeleland Tuskers, his maiden first-class century.[5][6]
