EcoCentro Expositor Querétaro

The EcoCentro Expositor Querétaro is an exposition center located in El Marqués, Quéretaro, near Santiago de Querétaro. Ecocentro was opened in 2001 by then president Vicente Fox.[1] Currently the Querétaro fair is held every year in November,[2] and the El Marqués fair is held in May.[3]

Inaugurated on March 30, 2008 is located in the Ecocentro.[4] The oval was opened in October 2009.

There are two layouts; a road track of 2.3 km (1.438 mi) and oval of 1.275 km (0.797 mi). The oval has paper clip shape with a flat turn 1-2 (common between the two tracks) and a banked turn 3-4. Also, there is a 700 m (7/16 mi) dragstrip where 1/8 mile events are held regularly.

The track has hosted the NASCAR Corona Series, the Copa Pirelli, the LATAM Challenge Series,[5] the Super Copa Telcel,[6] and CARreras.

Waldemar Coronas became the first foreign driver to win at this circuit in this category.[7]
