Eclaro International Inc. is a privately held consulting and recruiting firm headquartered in New York City, with operations in the US, Canada, India and the Philippines.[1]

Eclaro specializes in the sourcing, recruitment, vetting, management, and administration of skilled resources in disciplines such as information technology, investment banking, finance and accounting, supply chain, and human capital management roles. The company’s tag line is “the Right People are The Answer”. Eclaro International was named the 2009 US Dept of Commerce MBDA Technology Firm of the Year for the northeast region of the United States.[2]

Management

Eclaro International, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Daniel Sung Park, who felt a new approach to recruitment, deployment, development and retention of contract professionals would be essential to meet demand for the knowledge worker in the 21st century.

Park is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Leonard Stern School at New York University. He serves on the Board of the NY & NJ Minority Supplier Development Council (NYNJMSDC).[3] He has been the chairman of Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) of the NYNJMSDC since 2003. Park was named the 2005 Asian Entrepreneur of the Year for High Technology by Asian Enterprise Magazine.[4]

Services

Eclaro International offers staff augmentation (functional and technical), permanent placement services, professional services consulting, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management services. Eclaro has provided these services for government agencies. The company says it services are designed to make organizations more proactive, productive, and adaptable to changing market conditions.

Eclaro International is a New York State and National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) [5] Certified Minority owned Business (MBE). Eclaro International is a founding sponsor of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) R. Gene and Nancy D. Richter Foundation Awards for Corporate and Individual Leadership and Innovation in Supply Management.[6]
