East Orlando Chamber of Commerce

The East Orlando Chamber of Commerce was formed in East Orlando in 1954 as the East Orange Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber is committed to the growth and development of East Orange County's growing business community. They believe that a strong, healthy community runs parallel with a strong, healthy business environment. Each year the Chamber holds a Golf Tournament. In 2009 the 25th Annual East Orlando Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament was set to tee off on Friday, September 25 at the Stoneybrook Golf Club East. Child Rescue Network as the benefit charity to receive a portion of the proceeds from the tournament! [1][2]

Through special events, trade shows, seminars, networking sessions, email newsletters, business after hours programs, Business Briefings, Chamber web site, and monthly luncheons, the Chamber has allowed its members numerous opportunities to promote and expand their businesses successfully.

Current president is Annie Winterbottom.

The Interfraterity Council at UCF was accepted into the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.[3]
