E Fund Management (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is a Hong Kong-based asset management company. As of 2015, it is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong[1] and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission[2] It is also licensed RQFII and QFII investor.[3]

Its parent company E Fund Asset Management Co., Ltd. is claiming compliance with the GIPS Standards[4] and is China’s largest non-MMF asset manager[5].

It is a member of Hong Kong Investment Funds Association,[6] the Investment Company Institute (ICI Global),[7] Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong,[8] Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong[9] and Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.[10] It is also supporting organisation of Insurance Asset Management Association of China.[11]

The company has listed its ETFs and Leveraged and Inverse ETF in Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing,[12] NYSE Arca,[13] Amsterdam Stock Exchange,[14] Borsa Italiana[15] and London Stock Exchange.[16][17] In addition, it has also registered its funds as Foreign investment funds authorized to be marketed and sold in Macau[18] and Restricted Schemes to be marketed and sold in Singapore.[19]
