Durham County Memorial Stadium is an 8,500-seat multi-purpose stadium located in Durham County, North Carolina. The stadium is mostly used for high school football and soccer. It also serves as the home field for the Shaw Bears football team despite the school's location in neighboring Wake County. The CIAA hosted its Football Championship game from 2008-2012, and again in 2014 and 2015 before the game was moved to Salem, Virginia.[2]

In addition to high school and college football, Durham County Memorial Stadium serves as the current home for the Carolina Phoenix of the Independent Women's Football League, who won the 2013 IWFL World Championship. The Triangle Rattlers, a semi-professional football team which represented The Triangle and surrounding area, also called the Stadium home for a period of time.

Durham County Memorial Stadium is also one of North Carolina's main archery and track and field venues.
