Durand William Springer (born August 9, 1866) was an American football coach and college faculty member.
Springer was a student-coach at Albion College in Albion, Michigan from 1883 to 1884. After graduating, he took on a number of roles at the University of Michigan.[1] He was later named the manager of the football squad at Ann Arbor High School.[2]
