Douchy is a former commune in the Loiret department in north-central France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Douchy-Montcorbon.[1]

Geography

The commune is traversed by the river Ouanne.

  • Alain Delon, French actor and businessman, lives in Douchy a large part of the year, since 1971[2].
  • Mireille Darc, French model and actress, lives also in Douchy when she was Alain Delon's longtime companion.
