Dorsa Argand

Dorsa Argand is a wrinkle ridge system at 28°06′N 40°36′W / 28.1°N 40.6°W / 28.1; -40.6 on the Moon, in Oceanus Procellarum near the border with Mare Imbrium. It is approximately 109 km in length and was named after Émile Argand in 1976. The name of the feature was approved by the IAU in 1976.[1]

Next to Dorsa Argand to the west is Montes Harbinger made up of a mountain range that some are isolated from each other. East is a rille, the Rima Artsimovich and its nearby crater is to the east, northeast is Dorsum Bucher and northwest is the crater Angström. Surrounding crater is Angström A crater and east are an unnamed mountain formation, together with the north of Montes Harbinger and an unnamed hill divides the two lunar mares.
