Doosra Keval

Doosra Keval is a 1989 TV serial starring Shahrukh Khan.^[1]

Plot

This is story of a family in which Shahrukh was playing "Keval", a village lad who goes to town and never returns. He was found murdered & identity of murderer wasn't revealed. His Taya Ji (Uncle) along with his sister urges police to investigate his murder. The story is told as memories of his mother, sister, the villagers with some other series of events regarding his murder investigation. One day his friend returns to his village in a hope to find who kills Keval. At the end the identity of murderer revealed. Keval's family accepts his friend as second Keval. This is considered as a reincarnation of Keval. Hence the name "Doosra Keval" (Hindi) or "The Second Keval". This TV Series was directed by Lekh Tandon who provide opportunity to Shahrukh Khan in his previous TV series Dil Dariya.

• Shahrukh Khan as Keval: A village boy who killed by his close friend for not doing illegal work for him.
• Arun Bali as Keval's uncle: An older person who helps Keval.
