The Dookie United Football Club, known as "Dooks", is an Australian rules football club playing in the Kyabram District Football Netball League. The club changed leagues following a administration disagreement between the AFL Goulburn-Valley and the Picola & District Football League.[1]
Founded in 1977 from a merger of the Dookie Football Club and the Dookie Agricultural College Football Club, Dookie United is based in the small Victorian town of Dookie.
Former Dookie United junior Luke Lowden was drafted to the Hawthorn Football Club at the 2008 AFL Draft.
