Dong Hyun Kim (businessman)

Dong Hyun Kim (born May 1973)[1] is a UK-based Korean businessman, the founder of the chains Wasabi, Kimchee and Kimchee To Go.[2][3][4]

Kim moved to the UK in 1999.[5] Kim, who had been a market trader in Camden, London, founded Wasabi in 2003, with the first branch opening on London's Embankment.[3]
