Donato A. Montanaro Jr. is a private investor and the founder of two brokerage firms for investing online.
In 1997, Montanaro founded Suretrade.[1]
In 2005, he founded Tradeking.[1]
In 2016, Tradeking was acquired by Ally Financial.[2]
TradeKing pioneered the concept of social networking for investors and traders.[3]
Montanaro was one of the first financial services CEOs in the United States to write a public blog to investors.[4]
