Donald Campbell (anaesthetist)

Sir Donald Campbell CBE (1930-2004) was the dean of the Royal College of Anaesthetists from 1982 to 1985.[1][2][3][4][5]

He was awarded CBE in the 1987 Birthday Honours and knighted in the 1994 New Year Honours for services to medicine. [6]
