Dominik Kubalík (born 21 August 1995) is a Czech professional ice hockey player who is currently playing with HC Plzeň of the Czech Extraliga while under contract to HC Ambrì-Piotta of the National League (NL). Kubalík was selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the 7th round (191st overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
Kubalík made his Czech Extraliga debut playing with HC Plzeň during the 2011–12 Czech Extraliga season.[1]
On 10 January 2014, Kubalík was traded by the Sudbury Wolves to the Kitchener Rangers along with two 2nd round draft picks for fellow Czech Radek Faksa.[2] On 4 August 2014, it was announced that Kubalík had signed again with HC Plzeň.[3]
On August 25, 2017, Kubalik agreed to a three-year contract with HC Ambrì-Piotta of the National League (NL) and was immediately loaned to HC Plzeň of the Czech league for the 2017/18 season. The loan will allow Ambri to call him up in case one of their four other non-Swiss players is injured during the season.[4]
