Since its opening in 1994, Dolphin Discovery has over 6 million visitors in their 24 parks located in México, Anguilla, Tortola, Grand Cayman, St. Kitts, Dominican Republic, USA, Italy and Jamaica:
It owns 10 parks in México, 7 in the State of Quintana Roo : Dolphin Discovery Cancun - Isla Mujeres, Dolphin Discovery Costa Maya, Dolphin Discovery Dreams Puerto Aventuras, Dolphin Discovery Cozumel, Dolphin Discovery Riviera Maya Puerto Aventuras, Dolphin Discovery Tumul - Akumal, Dolphin Discovery Playa del Carmen ; and 3 in other states : Dolphin Discovery Los Cabos (Baja California Sur), Six Flags México (Mexico City) and Dolphin Discovery Vallarta (Nayarit).
It owns 11 parks in other countries : 1 in Italy (Zoomarine Roma), 3 in Jamaica, operated by its subsidiary Dolphin Cove Jamaica (called Dolphin Cove Montego Bay, Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios and Moon Palace Jamaica Grande) ; 1 in the US, in Florida (Dolphin Discovery at Gulf World Panama City Beach); and 6 in the Caribbean Islands (Dolphin Discovery Anguilla - St Maarten in Anguilla, Dolphin Cayman and Cove Cayman in Cayman Islands, Dolphin Discovery Tortola in British Virgin Islands, Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and Dolphin Cove Saint Kitts in Saint Kitts and Nevis).
Programs
Dolphin Discovery offers activities involving Dolphins, Sea lions, Manatees and Nurse Sharks. The activities give visitors the opportunity to get up close and personal with these Marine mammals at their different parks. All activities give tourists the chance to interact with the marine animals. Each dolphin program gives the up close experience of Swimming with dolphins and learning about them during the interaction.
Manatee Encounter
A one of its kind program in the Caribbean, visitors are given the experience of getting close enough to hug and kiss these gentle giants.
Dolphin Discovery has manatees under its care at Isla Mujeres, Riviera Maya and Cozumel.
Sea Lion Discovery
This program not only gives visitors the opportunity to get kisses from Sea lions, but to also learn about the way they live their everyday lives, anatomy and so much more.

Dolphin Encounter
This activity is ideal for children, visitors who choose this program do not need to swim because all the activities are done on a platform. They are close enough to touch, hug, kiss and shake hands with the dolphins. In this activity dolphins dance and sing to the visitors as the marine mammal specialist gives all the information about their lifestyle, anatomy and fun facts.
Dolphin Swim Adventure
In this activity visitors are able to interact with dolphins, getting the chance to hug, kiss and swim with the dolphins by holding their fins as they swim backwards and getting pushed by their feet whilst on a boogie board.
Dolphin Royal Swim
This program gives the most interaction with two dolphins at the same time. Visitors experience the foot push where the dolphins will rise you above the water surface by pushing you from the soles of your feet, the dorsal tow and other behaviors like kiss, hug, hand target, handshake and more.
Conservation
For more than 21 years, Dolphin Discovery has contributed to the study and conservation of marine mammals.
Dolphin Discovery carries the Miracle Program since 2002, with the purpose of preserving sea life and to promote a deep understanding of it. This program has been successful with the birth of over a 100 marine mammals under human care.
