Plot

During Rebecca's (Krystal Mejes) commercial celebration, Chloe (Patricia Javier) rushes there to reveal the truth to everyone. This revelation created suspicion behind the Suarez family, as Kara (Julia Montes) and Sebastian (Sam Milby) began to suspect that Rebecca may be their kidnapped daughter. Sara (Julia Montes) will do anything and everything to keep her secret safe even if it means migrating away from the Suarez's. Things do not become any easier for Sara because someone from her past is about to return and will shock her. Sara will reunite with her friend Andrea (Kathleen Hermosa), who is the key to all of Sara's past secrets. Unfortunately for Sara, Sebastian does not stop investigating her and feels like Kara and Sebastian already know something. Meanwhile, Hannah (Myel de Leon) and Rebecca's arguments will get even worse as they find out that Rebecca is actually Isabella. Laura (Mylene Dizon) starts to believe that Sara is hiding a secret from the family.

Meanwhile, Alex (Maxene Magalona) and her accomplice/boyfriend Julio (Polo Ravales), continue with their agenda in ruining the Suarez family. Julio ordered his men to get a special document from Sara's house but, unbeknownst to them, that is actually the death certificate of Sara's biological daughter. Edward (Edgar Allan Guzman) still cannot believe that Sara made a fool out of him. He does not know that their daughter died because of premature birth. Because she cannot hide her secrets any longer, Sara reveals to the whole Suarez family that her real daughter is already dead and pleads to them not to inform Rebecca, to avoid further complications. An ultimate revelation will happen as Hannah will reveal the truth to Rebecca that she is only adopted. Sara blames everyone in the Suarez house and even tries to attack Hannah. What Sara does not know is that Alex already revealed the truth to Edward. Tension arises between the two and Rebecca runs away without anyone even noticing. When they find her, Rebecca is rushed to the hospital and has a fever. A coincidence happens as Rebecca has they same sickness that baby Isabella had.

Sara still tries to keep her well-kept secrets hidden by escaping her problems with Rebecca and going abroad. Her plan if foiled, however, and Sara is arrested. Kara is full of anger and cannot let Sara escape justice. Sara later files for bail and goes back to the Suarez's. Sara begs Kara not to separate her from Rebecca, but Sara has to help her twin sister get closer to Rebecca and bond. Rebecca rejoices as Sara returns. An anonymous source informs the press, in which they fled to the Suarez household and the truth was ultimately revealed to Rebecca that she is Isabella. Barbara (Alicia Alonzo) returns and helps the Suarez family find justice for what happened to Rebecca. In order for Kara to get the chance to bond with Rebecca, Sara leaves the Suarez's home. Even though Sara is no longer in the Suarez family, Rebecca and Sara's connection will never be cut. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Alex's sibling complications get out-of-hand when Alex pushes and disrespects Laura and Itoy (John Lapus). Sebastian had the last straw and evicts Alex from their house. Barbara informs Laura that Lucille's (Carmina Villarroel) nurse is returning from abroad and can be used as a witness to help Sara's case. The nurse whom Alex hired lies and makes the court believe that Sara was the one who gave Isabella's baby pin to Lucille. After the hearing, Alex and Sara almost get into a fight but Alex threatens her. Lucille's nurse then plans to meet up with Sara and reveal the truth but Alex threatened her family's life. Meanwhile, Barbara does not stop on investigating and will almost find the truth about Alex's true colors and schemes.

Even with Sara out of the Suarez house, Rebecca is still longing for Sara's presence. One time, she used Itoy's cellphone to talk to Sara but was angrily stopped by Kara. Kara begs for Rebecca to love her as a mother but she refuses to accept the fact that she is Isabella. Sebastian and Kara start to lose hope for Rebecca to accept them so they plan to bring the family abroad. Unfortunately, Rebecca and Sara refuse to this fact.

Her stomach started to hurt and is revealed that she is actually pregnant. Alex's past returns to haunt her as Dina (Cristine Yao) is revealed to be alive and finally admits that Alex is the real mastermind behind Isabella's kidnapping. The ultimate truth about Alex's identity is about to shock her when it is revealed that she and Sebastian are only half-siblings. Later, Sara gets out of jail and reconciles with everyone, even Kara and she begs for Sara's forgiveness. Alex starts to face the consequence of her evil schemes and starts get worried if the court to believe Dina's testimonies. However, Julio destroys her credibility as a witness as he reveals the shocking truth that Dina had a hidden interest for him. The Suarez's will not stop until they will finally get justice for all of the happenings. Sara continues with her agenda in trying to imprison Alex, while Alex continues with her plan in trying to get revenge on the Suarez's.

Alex and Julio are now both wanted because of several crimes. In order to live their life together, Alex and Julio get married. Julio does not want his child to grow up with both of his parents in jail so he took the blame for kidnapping Isabella. Julio is starting to receive his punishment for his actions when Arellano (Simon Ibarra), a policeman, shoots him. Alex and Julio are not both wanted fugitives and are in hiding. Patricia (Alexa Ilacad), Julio's sister, tells the police where Julio and Alex are and gets them immediately arrested. Meanwhile, Patricia and Alex both blame each other for Julio's death. Alex goes to the Suarez house hoping to find Patricia but later leaves and Sebastian and Kara chase after her. Because of this, Edward gets shot when he saved Sara from Alex's henchmen. To keep him safe, Sara makes Edward believe that she does not have feelings for him due to Chloe's wishes.
