Dirty Water (comedy play)

Dirty Water is a comedy play set in the housing additions of Glasgow, Scotland.

Background

Dirty Water was written by Glasgow playwright John Stuart[1] and produced by I Know a Guy Productions. The first performance of Dirty Water was on 29 June 2012 at Cottiers Theatre in Glasgow. Since then the show has had runs at Glasgow's Oran Mor, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, East Kilbride Village Theatre, East Kilbride Arts Centre and The Albany.

Critical reviews

The reviewer Michael Reid of The Wee Review described the play: "Whilst solidly entertaining, Dirty Water is not for the easily offended. Dildos, bong mop buckets, sperm and the obvious jokes involving the use of the word beaver are all here with more than a few crude jokes thrown in for good measure".[1]
