Dilan 1990 is a 2018 Indonesian romantic film. The film is based on the novel Dilanku 1990 by Pidi Baiq.[4][5][6][7] The film stars Iqbaal Dhiafakhri Ramadhan and Vanesha Prescilla.[8][9] The film has been watched by 6,311,490 people, and is the best-selling Indonesian film of 2018, however, it is still behind the best-selling Indonesian film ever Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss! Part 1 with 6.858.616 Viewers .[10] The first premiere was broadcast on SCTV to commemmorate 28th Anniversary, sponsored by the South Korean electronics company, Samsung Electronics.

Plot

Milea met with Dilan at an SMA in Bandung. It was year 1990 when Milea moved from Jakarta to Bandung. An unusual introduction that made Milea to fall in love with Dilan. Dilan is smart, kind and romantic but is considered a rascal because he is often active in Motorcycle gangs as combat commander. The way Dilan approaches Milea is very different.
