Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology is an engineering college located in Ganguru, near Vijayawada city in Andhra Pradesh. It is affiliated to JNTUK Kakinada[1].


History

The Dhanekula Institue of Engineering and Technology opened in 2009. It was founded by Dhanekula Ravindranadh Tagor.[1]

The library contains 2,045 titles and 8,645 volumes together with both leading 50 National and 25 International Magazines and Journals. The library has a total plinth area of 750 s.ft and a seating capacity of 200.

Admissions

The admissions are governed by the rules of the AP State council for Higher Education (APSCHE). Students are admitted based on their results on the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) to access the undergraduate program. [2]

Dhanush

The college was organizing two days national level fest Dhanush. Participants from various colleges competed in various competitions held in the fest and the total prize money was 1 lakh rupees.
