Deric Payton McCabe (born August 28, 2008) is an American actor. He plays Charles Wallace Murry in Ava DuVernay's adaptation of the fantasy novel A Wrinkle in Time (2018); he was chosen out of thousands of child actors after seven months of searching.[1]
McCabe was born in Whitefish, Montana, but his family moved to LA, California when he was just over a year old. Deric has an older sister named Jadie.[2][3] He is of Filipino descent.[4]
