The Derbi de la Comunitat (eng. ”Derby of the Community”) or the Valencian Country Derbi is a regional football derby between La Liga clubs Valencia CF and Villarreal CF. Since these clubs are the most successful ones of the Valencian Community it is often a tense and well contested game. Valencia CF have always been considered the biggest club of the region, although Villarreal have gotten better with the years and has had a lot of success recently as well.
