DenMohor (Bengali: দেন মোহর; Translation: From Doom to Doom) is a Bangladeshi feature film released on 3 March 1995 directed by Shafi Bikrampuri. This romantic drama film was released on Eid vacation and was a huge success throughout Bangladesh. This movie was also the last film of Dhallywood's one of the best couple Salman Shah and Mousumi. The film is a remake of the 1991 Hindi language film titled Sanam Bewafa. [1]

Plot

There is love between the two children of the two conflicting royal family. At one stage two lovers got married. The daughter's family claims a million taka denmohor. On the next day of marriage, just new wife was released by one crore taka.[2]

Alauddin Ali worked as the music director of this film. Lyrics are written by Moniruzzaman Monir, Gazi Majharul Anwar, Masud Karim, Pulok Bondhapaddhay and singers were Runa Laila, Khalid Hassan Milu, Andrew kishore, Sabina Yasmin and Agun.
