Daysa the Egyptian

Daysa the Egyptian, also known as Daysa the soldier, is a saint in the Coptic Church and Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. He was said to be native of the city of Tanda. Arianus the governor of Ansena inflicted great tortures on him, cutting off his head.[1]
