David Robert Bowe (born 19 July 1955) was a Member of the European Parliament for Labour from 1989 to 2004.[1] He represented the English constituencies of Cleveland & Yorkshire North (1989–1994), Cleveland & Richmond (1994–1999) and Yorkshire and the Humber (1999–2004). Before this, he was a member of Middlesbrough Borough Council (1983–1989).
He was defeated for re-election in 2004.
