David Robert Bowe (born 19 July 1955) was a Member of the European Parliament for Labour from 1989 to 2004.[1] He represented the English constituencies of Cleveland & Yorkshire North (19891994), Cleveland & Richmond (19941999) and Yorkshire and the Humber (19992004). Before this, he was a member of Middlesbrough Borough Council (19831989).

He was defeated for re-election in 2004.
