Data-driven learning

Data-driven learning is a learning approach (and in particular, an approach to learning foreign languages) in which learning is driven by research-like access to linguistic data[1] such as corpora and concordances. While the approach has been the subject of a considerable body of research, it has—as of 2010—not found its way into mainstream practice of language teaching.[2]
